I created a redesign for Éva Szentesi's book "Pedig olyan szépen éltek" ("And Yet They Lived So Beautifully"). The book offers a very visual and detailed depiction of a tragic story. The author begins to outline the life of the protagonist as a little girl, starting from her childhood. For this reason, I adorned the book with childlike, hand-drawn illustrations. These illustrations do not always depict kind and fairytale-like scenes but instead portray the harsh reality.
